Painted in 2024 by Skye Walker outside Paul Ecke Central Elementary, this tribute reads "Kelly DaSilva, your legacy of love shines bright." DaSilva served as PTA president at the school and was a tireless advocate for public education and equity; she's remembered for bringing Kids Vote Day to Paul Ecke Central, now held annually in her honor. An avid music lover and Big Sisters mentor, she died in 2021 at age 51, survived by her husband and two sons.
