A woman holds a flower in breaking ocean waves — an ode to Mother Nature and the California coast. Skye Walker painted this as part of the inaugural Paint Encinitas mural program in 2014, on what was then Ruby's Bar (Ruby Nelson, owner). It was repainted in 2023.
