Fuller is a Southern California-based artist whose style draws on nature, art nouveau, and 1960s–70s design. She first painted at this location in 2019, months before a two-alarm fire tore through the block in September 2019, destroying beloved local businesses including Mozy Cafe, Shatto & Sons T-Shirts, and the Cali Life art gallery. Returning to repaint the rebuilt site in December 2025, Fuller called it "very cool to add her art here again." A few doors down, her mural Mozyshrooms brightens the Mozy wall, named for the cafe lost in the fire.
