A cut-metal figure of a fish riding a bike and carrying a surfboard, mounted atop the bike rack outside French Corner Bakery. The name riffs on Irina Dunn's 1970 phrase: "A woman needs a man like a fish needs a bike": first written on bathroom walls at the University of Sydney, later widely attributed to Gloria Steinem for decades until she publicly credited Dunn in 2000. Nelson won the Leucadia 101 Bike Rack Design Competition, which resulted in three of her racks installed along Coast Hwy 101 in 2015.
