Painted in 2016. Born in Auckland and now based between Landers, CA and Mexico City, Glasson is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice examines ecology, mysticism, and theology — rendered in natural pigments, oil, sand, and beeswax drawn from field observation. He co-founded PangeaSeed, an international conservation organisation that commissions public art to advocate for ocean health, and had a solo show at ICA San Diego in 2022.
