One face of this ceramic-tile trash can is now missing: it used to show a girl bodyboarding inside the barrel of a wave. Part of an apparent series of tiled trash cans around Leucadia and Encinitas, including Baumann Tile Trash Can, Palm Tree Tile Trash Can, and Heading To The Beach Tile Trash Can; no documentation of the series or its artists has turned up.
