About
Painted in May 2024. His work can also be seen at the 7-Eleven Panorama and the Barrel at La Especial Norte. Around the corner is Breaching the Cosmos by Skye Walker. The horseshoe honors "Cowboy Steve" Morris, an Encinitas real estate agent and longtime cyclist who raced at the velodrome, sponsored the San Diego Bicycle Club, and mentored junior riders for years. He died in November 2022. If you know more about his connection to this building or its developer, leave a note →
